I'm not referring to Paradise Cay, but our namesake in California.

As of 6 hours ago, 23 people are confirmed dead, while 100 are missing.

Many celebrities live in this area and some of them have been evacuated from their homes. Actor Martin Sheen and his wife Janet were unaccounted for, but later confirmed that they are fine.

The old cowboys used to urinate on their camp fire to make sure that it was properly extinguished. I guess that tradition is outdated, but one must be very careful to make sure that no embers are still glowing before leaving the site. Just look at the consequences! Somebody will be haunted by this scenario for the rest of their life.
