The colors of a dog's eye shine can be all shades of blue, orange, yellow, turquoise or even violet. The specific color reflected depends on the amount of zinc or riboflavin in the eye cells. Red glowing eyes at night are the result of blood vessels reflecting light.

I may have posted this before, but I don't remember (short memory issue).

When I was around 20, I teamed up with two other pranksters and sculpted a set of life-sized bear paws made out of wood, metal claws included. We strapped them on to our hands and shoes, then wore a heavy backpack to simulate a bear's weight and started to set prints around a mountain cabin village.

In a couple of weeks, parents urged their children to stay indoors at night and an expert from the regional wildlife association was invited to check out the tracks. I heard him being interviewed on the local radio, where his best estimate was that it had to be a young male that had been squeezed out of its regular habitat by a stronger rival and had wandered off west across the mountains and into our neighbourhood.

Nobody suspected fraud untill we started to brag about our achievement!

Before settling on the Seven Dwarfs we know today, Disney considered Chesty, Tubby, Burpy, Deafy, Hickey, Wheezy, and Awful.
