www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2018/01/03/new-trump-book-bannons-treasonous-claim-ivankas-presidential-ambitions-and-melanias-first-lady-concerns/?utm_term=.182a40ca4ff0New Trump book: Bannon’s ‘treasonous’ claim, Ivanka’s presidential ambitions and Melania’s first-lady concerns "President Trump is a book genre unto himself. There's “Understanding Trump,” by Newt Gingrich, whom Trump considered as a running mate; “Let Trump Be Trump,” by former Trump campaign aides Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie; “The Swamp,” by former Fox News Channel host Eric Bolling; and a forthcoming book by former White House press secretary Sean Spicer (working title: “The Briefing”). Note that all of these authors are pro-Trump partisans. That's why Michael Wolff's “Fire and Fury,” out Jan. 9, is significant. Wolff, a longtime journalist who has written for Vanity Fair, the Guardian, the Hollywood Reporter and other publications, presents his new title as a major piece of reporting. Wolff says that his book is based on 200 conversations over the past 18 months with Trump, most members of his senior staff, some of whom he talked to dozens of times, and many people with whom they had spoken. Some conversations were on the record, while others were off the record or on “deep background,” allowing him to relay a “disembodied description of events provided by an unnamed witness to them.”.

And I won't be reading a single one of them. No way will I part with my $$$ to further what ever agenda they are trying to push. First off I don't believe any of them. They are mostly doing it for the $$$.

Yawn.. sounds boring as hell.. as do most books about politicians. I know some like them but God.. I'd rather read the bible... wait.. maybe not... This book had probably permanently severed the relationship between Trump and Bannon. For the first time ever Sarah Sanders admitted Trump was furious about something written about him and his family. He put out only 1 Twit about N. Korea but 4 Twits about this book when I checked earlier. Trump among other things has accused Bannon of losing his mind when he was fired even though Sanders said he kept talking to him right up to early December. Bannon has accused among other things Trump's namesake of treason and said he believes Mueller will get him for that as well as money laundering, along with Jared. He said Ivanka was as dumb as a pile of bricks and has no idea what she is doing. Wolfe had major access to the WH. 17 visits with almost no supervision and no rules on what he would and would not write. This story has just begun.

Bannon, arguing he had violated a non-disclosure agreement in speaking about his time on the campaign and in Trump’s most trusted inner circle. In a letter sent Wednesday night, Trump’s lawyers told Bannon his comments to author Michael Wolff in a soon-to-be-released tell-all book violate Bannon’s employment agreement with Trump in numerous ways and also defame the president. “You have breached the Agreement by, among other things, communicating with author Michael Wolff about Mr. Trump, his family members, and the Company, disclosing Confidential Information to Mr. Wolff, and making disparaging statements and in some cases outright defamatory statements to Mr. Wolff about Mr. Trump, his family members, and the Company,” the letter reads. Trump is described as being enraged at Wolff’s new book, “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,” that describes him as not prepared to be president, poorly informed about the basics of governing and ridiculed at times behind his back.A".

What the heck is the Company mentioned?
Gee and they were best Buds for a while.
Could just call it a Fake Book.
But doesn't really matter to me nothing could get me to read it.
I've read some political books and some are really interesting. Facts about why they did something or why they didn't do something. Makes you think back and say I wondered why that never happened. But they aren't my normal read.

But they aren't my normal read. joey... I think the "Company" means Trump's various companies. That is the problem when a president does not divest. This is not a Fake Book. Wolfe was granted access by Trump himself. He was in the WH 17 times. He pretty much moved around unfettered. Right now those in the WH and who were in the WH are scrambling to find out what is written about them. So far what is very interesting compared to other WH's is that nobody is defending Trump on this book. They seem to be looking to cover themselves as much as possible. The theory is that Trump has shown he is loyal to nobody and people know this very very well. Usually when a piece/book like this comes out staffers rally to support their president. That has been the history. The only one speaking for Trump today was his paid press secretary. Politically, McConnell is in 7th heaven. Bannon has been a huge thorn in his side. This book dropped like a bombshell today. The GOP party has got a lot of thinking to do to decide how to handle this apparent permanent split between Trump and Bannon.

Truthfully I couldn't care less about this book. The only bright point is it pisses trump off.
Fake is just what trump calls anything negative about him, that's all I meant by fake book.

Here is yet another twist in the Trump/Bannon saga.. www.cnn.com/2018/01/04/politics/steve-bannon-trump-cease-and-desist/index.htmlDespite blast by Trump, Bannon reiterates support for President "(CNN)Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon is reiterating his support for President Donald Trump after his former boss blasted him over explosive comments he made in a new book. Speaking on Breitbart radio Thursday morning, Bannon assured a caller that "nothing will ever come between us and President Trump and his agenda" adding that "we're tight on this agenda as we've ever been.".
