We haven't exactly been good neighbours lately and this surely makes things worse. As I type these lines, I listen to our prime minister on the news where she urges all Norwegians to take as many online precautions as possible. She adds that she takes the attack extremely seriously and launches a counter-attack commission with immediate effect!
