Boy, by comparison mine are going to be WEAK! 1) I've lived in many US states, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota & Florida. 2) When I was a child I water-skiied. (skied?) 3) I read about 100+ books a year. 4) My grandfather was killed in WWI. 5) My father was overseas in WWII for 3 1/2 years. Sorry, @whoselinefan, #3 is true. Sorry geriatrix, #5 is also true. |

Yes, #4 was the false one; my maternal grandfather fought in WWI & was gassed by the Germans, he lived & came home.
