It's the kind of show I NEVER thought I would like. I honestly hate gore and guts. But I put on the first episode and thought 'Oh no way I can watch this...' By the second episode I was hooked. You get used to the gore and the characters just suck you right into the story. It's all about survival and just what you would or wouldn't do to live.

There have been times when they really ramp the gore up but the story its self keeps me from noticing it too much.
