3 years old drum prodigy leads orchestra!

Yes, I was a music teacher in 1978-80 and again in 1990-93. I haven't thought much about if for many years, but watching this eager guy brings back fond memories of happy times in my life, when I was able to guide young people in a meaningful activity. Watching their progress was very rewarding to me, although my students were 11-18 years old.

I sold my drum kit in 1998 (far too cheap) to a young boy because we had no space where we moved to. Since then, I have only played other instruments on a hobby basis.

But we do actually have a world famous celebrity drummer among us on this forum! Unfortunately, Paolo is only a support member with no time to post, as his schedule is tight and his projects many. Paolo and I are both cancer survivors. We met through a common musician friend from Brazil and we have since shared a couple of therapists that help us recover from the long-term side effect of the treatment we have been exposed to. I see him a few times a year and I use to bring him some special snacks after each trip I make to Italy to visit my family there.
