Opel has developed an advanced headlight system for their new cars, like the latest Astra model. There is no need for a manual dimmer switch. Everything is automatic, including dimming for vehicles you catch up with and meet.  |

But as of now, I suspect that we have to pay extra to have it as a luxury accessory. In 10 years or so, however, it may have become a standard equipment on most models, though.
