I'll post here screenshots of old operating systems, so let's begin with windows 98.
Windows 98 after starting.
Here are the settings. Most of them might not work because I'm running it on a virtual machine ( a computer in a computer)
You can't run Opera properly because most of the things in it (20+ year old) are expired. You can still run and browse internet on it but it will show you a ton of errors.

Paint still works!
Internet explorer can run, but it doesn't work
