Hey, like it or not the doctor said he was in good health and then the press started hammering him with a barrage of ridiculous questions, trying to find something that they could hold up and say "Aha! See, we told you he was a terrible person!" Unfortunately for them, there's nothing there and ironically they're the ones who come out looking bad. Gee, what a shame.

The press is doing their job. The job of the press in a democracy.
Trump may not like it, you may not like it but they are an essential pillar of our democracy.

The press is doing their job. The job of the press in a democracy. Of course because it is their job to know his waist size.. or if he will be sedated when he has his next colonoscopy... Or WAIT! The world really needs to know about his prostrate.. Whew! I'm glad they got that covered.

Exactly.. and Report the news with no bias.. not go on a vigilante hunt daily and print only what suits them. But hey, they are Pillars of Democracy..

All they have to do is report what he says and that makes him look bad enough. BUT they still can report it how ever they want. If he talked for an hour are they going to report every work he said? Hmm I doubt it. But still like on here you can say just about anything you want...just don't knock each other. Please.

Freedom of the press does not mean the freedom to CREATE the news. Right...the red herring that everything the WH does not like is FAKE NEWS. Trump and the rest of the WH does not have the luxury of lying constantly an not being called out on it. Being called out by the press and by the multiple investigations they are knee deep in.

I find it hilarious that you can listen to those this word has been censoredic and desperate questions (which were a pathetic attempt to find something, anything wrong with the President) and defend the Press... The press had really good reasons to pursue their questions, besides their normal duty to get to the truth. www.washingtonpost.com/national/health-science/if-trump-is-as-healthy-as-his-doctor-says-hes-beating-long-odds/2018/01/18/9ded80a0-fc63-11e7-8f66-2df0b94bb98a_story.html?utm_term=.730ca30f9023If Trump is as healthy as his doctor says, he’s beating long odds "If President Trump really is the picture of extraordinary vitality portrayed by the White House physician this week, he is defying long odds, according to experts and medical research. Tuesday’s depiction of Trump as much healthier than the average 71-year-old means he is managing to escape the consequences of a lack of sleep, the dangers of significantly elevated “bad cholesterol” and the well-established health effects of obesity, poor nutrition and lack of exercise. That’s certainly possible, but some experts were skeptical in light of his high-fat diet, his aversion to exercise and the photos they see of the president every day. “The health report sounds like one for a Third World dictator. No contrary information is permitted,” Marion Nestle, a professor of nutrition, food studies and public health at New York University, wrote in an email. “Therefore, it’s impossible to discuss this without more genuine information.”. "But some critics found parts of Jackson’s presentation a bit too positive. Some said it was convenient that Trump, at 6-foot-3 and 239 pounds, is a mere 16 ounces short of being technically obese. And that, they said, is at the height reported by Jackson; on his driver’s license, Trump is listed at 6-foot-2. But that distinction may obscure the real issue. “We do know that the president is at an unhealthy weight, and it’s splitting hairs whether he is overweight or obese,” said Marian Neuhouser, past president of the American Society of Nutrition and a professor at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. “Whether his BMI is 29.9 or his BMI is over 30, he’s at an unhealthy weight.” The health report did not reveal Trump’s waist circumference, she noted. But visually, he has abdominal obesity that is associated with poorer than average health outcomes, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and colorectal cancer, said Neuhouser, who was a member of the committee that drafted the 2015 government dietary guidelines. But for the vast majority of others, long-term sleep deprivation is a serious threat to well-being. It weakens the immune system and is associated with higher levels of metabolic problems, including diabetes, she said. Cognitive function and energy-level decline and the risk of depression and dementia increase, Fu said, because the brain and body aren’t given enough time to flush waste products and replenish resources. One result of Trump’s coronary tests alarmed cardiologists. Even though he is on the statin Crestor daily, the president’s low-density lipoprotein — his bad cholesterol — was measured at a troubling 143.".

The bottom line is that the President's doctor reported the results of his own medical examination. And clearly the press wasn't willing to accept what he said because it wasn't negative enough for them so they went fishing for more. With all due respect, I'm going to take the word of the doctor who actually performed the examination on this patient rather than "general" findings about the "average" patient. Not everyone always fits into those "average" statistics. People beat the medical odds every day.

The 2nd amendment seem to be the only one that the trump administration likes to talk about.
I don't see a problem with the press asking question. Has he got something to hide? If not, they held the PRESS CONFERENCE not the press. Are they suppose to just sit and listen? That's there job. Just like he seems to be able to say anything he wants but let the press do it and the Sh*t will fan because trump doesn't like it. In the business world he has surround himself with yes men and yes kids. And we can't forget all the yes men lawyers he surrounds himself with. All for the mighty buck.
