She eats like a horse. So because of that we measure out what we feed her. Once she starts walking the neighborhood more and gets some exercise she might get more. Last thing we want to do is over feed her. I had to take over feeding Sammy and got her down to closer what she should weigh. Now to do it to myself and lose 5 pounds.  |

Right after the picture was taken she turned to me and said "we sure did sleep a lot." But really she didn't really look a the computer or TV. She only reacted if she heard dogs barking. And Emory actually watches TV at time or my computer as screen change. She reacts to sounds too.

Emory is a smart one. She is tricky fast at times. Still chasing her with the car. I leave the room and she creeps over to Ricco's cage. I take the control with me and can chase her from the kitchen. She know the car is controlled by me and the control when I leave she thinks it's safe. She hasn't figured that part out yet. But she will.

A couple of days ago, my daughter-in-law's father was describing their family's two dogs' different personalities. He claimed that while Mia is intelligent, Cleo is stupid, both regarding learning new things, figuring out connections and manipulating people.  |

I've never met a stupid dog. Some learn tricks faster, some don't seem to care about learning tricks...that would be Emory. But she learns fast. I really haven't tried to teach her tricks so it might be me that is stupid and lazy.

Could be, but I seriously doubt it...  I still think that my Italian relative has a point, though. With two dogs from different races and pedigrees, you see how their personalities guide them differently. |
