I watched several videos as I was trying to find a short one. In one a guy scraped all the grease into the grill. Just what you don't want to do. The smoke came out and you couldn't even see him. Not sure what he was trying to prove. Plus you can bake with them in the oven.

But I didn't see any thing about not cooking at higher degrees.
