I found one simply named Hole.
Soundgarden. I didn't make that association until it suddenly hit me in the head. LOL
Then there is a Swedish band named Weeping Willows. That's the only reference I found to trees or forest except for Björk, which means birch tree in the Nordic languages...

1 left!! I'll have to double check but I think it's either US or British. It's a pretty safe bet anyway. A lot of 90's pop was.

British Forest and French Deep Forest. Found it at last: Screeming Trees from Seattle. Never heard about them before, though. I really had to armwrestle with the Web before it yielded everything. Thanks for giving me a much needed intelligent challenge!  |
