I'm retired, and do sit a lot, but I'm not glued to the TV, I'm online, or in the kitchen fixing dinner, etc. I can't weed the garden anymore, but I can fold clothes, help people with computer problems, etc. I have to keep busy.

Do you have dimmers on any of your lights?
We don't have dimmers on the light switches but lamps with low volt globes in our lounge.

Sure do, TT, I always put them in the lights over the dining room table and the kitchen table.

I don't drink coffee or tea, but I do sometimes put a soda beside my bed if I'm doing a crossword puzzle, or reading a book, and take an occasional sip.

In general I don't like hot drinks except for coffee in the morning. I don't think I've ever taken one to bed.
