When I worked at Bring, the management ordered a big basket of fruit for 20-25 workers twice a week at lunch time. They varied the types, so it was a surprise each time!

Lys and I rarely spend much time on cooking, so it's mostly variations over half a dozen dishes that we know well. But once in a while, we watch Youtube videos and learn new tricks, particularly with chicken and/or pasta. On a side note: Lys is an excellent cook. She grew up in a family with several Italian restaurants in Brazil and she has since studied Spanish and Norwegian cooking. Her problem is time. With one full time and several part time jobs plus her studies, she is normally gone from 06:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., so the task of cooking dinner falls on yours truly and my limited skills. But luckily, she seldom complains.  |
