I would love to try Rattlesnake How often do you talk on the phone in a given week? I did have rattlesnake in Denver JB. It was great ! I do not talk all that much on the phone. Much more emails and texts. |

I'm a terrible procrastinator, unfortunately...I get that gene from my dad. But when push comes to shove I will roll up my sleeves and do what needs to be done.

Sometimes I procrastinate then others times I am a whirlwind and keep going going doing everything until I drop and/or my husband sits on me.

What do you do to relieve Stress?
A lot of different little things.
I have Scent Warmers from Yankee Candle. I put one on with a fragrance I like. Fragrance alters my mood.
Buy some fresh flowers for the house.
Take a long hot Jacuzzi.
Walk.
Put candles on at night.
Watch an old film.
Dry brush massage.
Help out at the Senior Center if I am up to it.
