There was a guy at work that was stealing batteries. He signed his name and initialed it with his bosses initials. The bosses boss saw the report and wondered what all the batteries were for. So they asked the guy getting them and he said he was getting them for everyone in the sections calculator...they were electric calculators. So he went back to his desk. The bosses boss said either he leaves or you (his boss) leave and you have 10 minutes. Security was there quickly and escorted the thief out and took his badge. He was history.

Birthday - Everyone would get their birthday off. It your birthday landed on Saturday you would get Friday off or if it landed on Sunday you would get Monday off. If it landed on a Holliday you would get following day off. This would eliminate everyone being off work at the same time and the business could keep on ticking with minor interruption. That gets everyone off too.

Not very much TBH
They say independently processed but they still moderate them
I do look at reviews but the only way to be sure is to speak to someone who has bought or used whatever it is you are considering

I do trust reviews as long as there are a few to read through for the product or business. You need information to make the decision to buy or not to buy.

I trust them to an extent...I try to read some of the positive and some of the negative. If the negatives are all pointing to the same particular issue, I'll be more likely to take them seriously.
